Returns Policy

We at Hello Bubba are happy to offer a refund or exchange, within 14 days of receipt, for any items which you are not entirely satisfied. All refund payments will be returned to the Bank card used for the purchase, less the original delivery charge.

The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging, with all tags still intact. HelloBubba.co.uk will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed and/or tags removed. We strongly advise all customers to check all orders thoroughly upon delivery before removing any tags.

In the event of a return, please contact us via email to info@Hellobubba.co.uk typing 'Return' in the subject bar followed by the Sales Order Number found on the packing slip, sent with your Item.

Please inform us why the item is being returned i.e. if the item is faulty, damaged or the wrong size. Indicating if you wish to receive a refund, exchange or receive a store credit.

Please note all delivery charges are non-refundable and all costs for the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend that you send returns by recorded delivery and obtain proof of postage; this can be provided free of charge by your post office. HelloBubba.co.uk we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Goods are returned to Hellobubba.co.uk at your own cost. Postage costs will only be refunded if goods are faulty. (Your statutory rights will not be affected).

Receiving a Refund

Once your package has been received by HelloBubba.co.uk, within the 14 days of receipt returns policy, we will begin to process your refund request. Each item will undergo a quality control check and once verified your refund will be processed in the original payment format as your purchase was made within 30 days of the date of your refund request.

Please note: If we receive your returned item in a condition where it has been used or damaged in any way a refund or exchange will not be issued. HelloBubba.co.uk reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange for items which fail to meet these guidelines.

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We will gladly offer an exchange or issue a store credit. Store credit will be valid for 12 months from date of issuance. If an exchange is requested please note that items are subject to product availability and the customer will be responsible for the postage costs of returning items to be exchanged. We can only exchange an item for a different size, style and colour subject to our stock availability. All exchange enquiries can be made by contacting Info@HelloBubba.co.uk with 'EXCHANGE' in your subject bar followed by the Sales Order Number found on the packing slip, sent with your Item.

Please note exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. Delivery charges will apply to exchanges.

Gift Returns

If someone has sent you a gift from HelloBubba.co.uk but it wasn't quite right, then you can return it in exchange for another product. In the event of a gift return, we require that you return the new and unused goods to us with all the original labelling attached within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please simply get in touch with our head office to organize an online purchase with your credit note. Please be aware that you will be required to pay any difference in cost and any additional delivery charges.
